What Are My Shipping Options
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for all purchases. While We do not currently have a brick and mortar location, orders placed online may be picked up at Our office located at 670 Meridian Way, #287, Westerville, OH 43082. If local pick up is selected at checkout, an email confirmation will be sent to You when the Order is ready for pickup. The email will contain instructions on how to coordinate a date and time to pick up the Order.
Local pickup will require a valid, government-issued ID that matches the name on the Order or an alternate pickup name designated by the You, the customer. The individual who is picking up the Order must be 18 years of age or older.
Free Shipping
The Company offers free shipping on Orders over $100.00. The method of free shipping will be displayed during checkout. If a different method of shipping is desired, those options, along with applicable fees, will be displayed during checkout, if available.
Shipping Methods and Fees
For Orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping methods and fees will be provided at checkout.
All dates and times given for delivery of Goods are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, the Company does not offer international shipping apart from shipping to the USA and Canada.
Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?
Some Goods may not be available for air shipment due to the nature of the product. Other Goods may not be available to ship to certain locations based on local laws.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, We will let You know as soon as possible and will advise You of a revised estimated date of delivery.
